@Tetiana1  You're not contacting Sky customer service via the community.

 

In addition you will have been provided the earliest date from Openreach for your broadband connection.  You won't be able to bring it forward.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Tetiana1 setting up an internet connection is a lot more complicated thanthrowing a switch as it at the least requires wiring changes at the exchange and often at tge street cabinet.
