Hello, I have been very unhappy with my broadband since you took over.

I listen to YouTube sounds all night. Since you took over every night my phone has to use 4G as the Wi-Fi drops out. Today it dropped out and then said connection failed each time I try to reconnect. No lights on the box apart from green.

@Lauren115  You're not tal,ing to Sky via the forumn, this is a customer helps customer community, have you looked at the help pages on sky.com?
