Heating hub won’t connect to internet

I have to plug my heating hub (Salus) into my router to get online as part of the setup process. It isn't connecting to the internet. It's like the port isn't working. I get 1 orange and 1 green light should there be two green? I've tried a number of resets, different ports, leaving it for days. Nothing

I have internet. But my heating hub cannot seem to connect to it even though it is plugged in via an thernet to the back of the router.

Nothing yet. The online chat bot couldn't help and I am waiting for a human to contact me!
