Having trouble with connecting to Netflix taking ages to come on what’s my problem

Taking to long to connect to Netflix I look after my grand children and this is so annoying when we are sat waiting for it to come on what is my problem

@Wayney+parker  Do you have similar issue with anything else coming up on the device you are using to access Netflix?

Do you have a Sky Q box and if so are you seeing the red spinning circle ?
