Haven't been notified to return routers after leaving broadband contract

I changed broadband supplier on 1st August, more than two weeks ago.  I would have expected to have received email with return details for two routers.  Nothing been received as yet.  How long does it normally take for Sky to contact you to request return of equipment.  I don't want to be charged for not sending it back.

@MVLC

Sky usually sends packaging out near the end of the cancellation notice period of 14 days for Broadband/Talk so if you haven't received it then you can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

@Molbudge Your post does make any sense, you would only ever receive one hub from sky so what is it that you have got from them!

Pucks, or boosters?

Sky doesn't necessarily want older model Hubs back: all Q Hubs are becoming obsolete this year.
