Have had several problems with Sky Q mini box and Sky Q main box WiFi - I need to speak to someone

I need to speak to someone as sick of reconnecting/rebooting devices and router. Not prepared to keep doing it - need an engineer or I switch to another broadband/tv  provider

There's very little point making threats to a multi-billion pound company.

 

If Q boxes are dropping their local connection then Sky will typically want to try a wireless booster first.
