Have had issues for months. Sky say no issues.
Been have issues for months with wifi dropping off. Sky say there are no issues but there clearly are if it drops from 100+ down to 20 within seconds and I'm not moving. Upgraded to max as they said that would help, but it's just as bad. The checker in my sky says there are no problems but I'm fed up of poor speeds and dropped connections. How do I get them to listen and fix it??

@Sarbear1475 If the issue is just WiFi related then there is little to nothing that Sky can or will do, they can't do anything to stop interference that can and does cause speeds to drop, even their extended wall to wall guarantee is at most 25mbps(on the top full fibre packages) which if not achieved only entitles a customer to one months refund or the fright to cancel without penalty.
