Have a cancelled my broadband???????

I've just tried to cancel my broadband by calling. Spoke to a chatbot. They asked a few questions then gave me a short speil about finding out how to return my equipment and hung up. I've no email confirmation, I have no idea if i've successfully cancelled and if so, when I have internet until and no other numbers i've tried get me through to a real person.

I just want to know if i've cancelled and if so, that i've got internet access up until the time i move. This does not need to be so enraging.

@Anonymous very unlikely you nedd to speak to an agent to cancel broadband. This is compatatively rare request as most people seitch to another supplier who handle the communication with Sky.when calling stay online do not accept help,from the bot and you should be transferred to an agent.

I know but i've been left unsure of whether or not i've cancelled it! And i don't know how to find out if I can't speak to someone.

There will be a 14 day notice period.

 

Give Sky a call (from your Sky Talk landline by dialling 150 free of charge). All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
