Have Sky Wifi Max how do I get a booster

Wifi in rear bedrooms is poor to non-existent, main router downstairs in front room. Looks like I need a Wifi booster to get a decent wifi signal to those bedrooms, which I understand is part of the Sky Wifi Max contract but I can't see how to request one
