Go a deal with vodaphone full fibre 150 for £22.00 sky customer service said they can beat it but have not kept to there promise

Perhaps take a look at the forum rules as it may stop your posts being removed. You can't go around making allegations about staff

@Marko73 you will need to phone Sky and if you were promised something, give dates when so they can check

They have the notes on there system and I have been calling all week they say the person who offered it has got to do it they are incompetent promises they lie

Probably worth raising an official complaint to Sky using the below link.

When i did it recently i used the email option which brings up a customer complaint form to fill out. This is then usually escalated to the Customer Priority Team who you deal with. In my case, it resulted in a positive outcome.
