We adjusted our Sky packages earlier in the year and were told they were going to send out a new router, but we havent received anything. Anybody had this issue and got it resolved?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Chris1990LUFC Is there any information in track orders in my account about the equipment delivery and have you also confirmed this with Sky to see if they are going to send the new router out at all or if one is going to be sent out at all?

Nothing in the orders section. It was my mother who spoke to them on the phone, as originally she was going to cancel her subscription as the price was ridiculously high. Suddenly they were able to lower the price by 50% and told her she'd be sent a new router too. She wrote everything down she was told so we could check it, but no router has arrived (January when the call was made)
