Has anyone else been mis sold broadband

I have been completely conned by sky. I was sold the sky max wifi hub and told I would get super fast broadband around 100 mbps. What actually happened is I was put into an 18 month contract that I can't get out of that provides 20 mbps. I can't be the only person that's been lied to.

@Johnm421

100Mbs is an Ultrafast speed band (Superfast is 'up to' 80Mbs)

The Hub model makes very little difference to speed arriving at an address: it's the broadband technology which matters.

As a start, is your connection FTTP or FTTC?

Did you measure speed using a wireless device?

A free television set, or free streaming television service?

Sky has run various promotions where their 'Stream' puck is on 'free trial' before becoming a subscription product.
