Hardly any Broadband

I have or supposed to have the very fast fibre broadband, that suppose to give 500gb tonight streaming on Amazon has become almost impossible, I have done the fast Internet check and its only 27gb !! I have never had so many problems until I upgraded.

Same here - switched from BT today - WiFi is appalling only get the advertised sat in the router but no where else in the house
