Harassment to return Sky equipment before install has been completed

My fibre installation was delayed nearly 2 months and still hasnt happened.

Im being sent messages and notifications to return equipment with no way of speaking to someone.

Do you have a process to update your broken IT processes?

In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.


Why don't you have a way of speaking to staff? What equipment are Sky asking you to return?
