Had to power down router and Openreach box, now only 10% speed

Hi, I had to power down both my sky router and the openreach box a few times while doing some work.  Now my connection speed is only 90/90 on a gigafast contract.  Used to get about 920/120 before.  I get the same results wired/wireless.

Has the router gone into a low connection mode as the powerdowns has made it think I have a dodgy connection?  How long will it take to properly re-set or am i going to have to contact sky?

Not to worry, I took the risk and rebooted the router again and all back to normal.
