Had sky fitted yesterday but still can’t get a connection

We had sky fitted yesterday, but we can't get anything on tv, it just keeps telling us there is no connection, I will admit that we are not very updated with technology, and could really do with some help please thank you

What tv is it, you will need to got into the settings and check the network and put the new Internet password in
