Had sky broadband since last June. Lots of issues with the hub actually connecting,no network

Skystream stos connecting. Advised to get ethernet cable which we had done. Still doesn't always connect Issues with wifi reaching bedroom in a small 2 bed flat. Advised to get booster which we have, barely connects then disconnects. Spoke to someone on phone just says they guarantee certain speeds when it's connected, that's no my issue my issue is actually keeping it connected

Sky stream doesnt always connect or stops connecting. Also advised to disconnect phones and other devices to give better speeds. Again not the speeds were worried about

I've called up before. I don't see the point. I just want out of this contract and take my chances with another provider l
