Had new router and 2 boosters fitted this week and now wifi signal worse in our basement abd upstairs than before! I have guarenteed wifi in all areas in mu co travt so how do i get someone to come and sort for me?

Actually you don't: what's 'guaranteed' is a small refund and the option to cancel the relevant subscription supplement without penalty if coverage isn't achieved.
However you can ask Sky what else they might be prepared to do: realistically there's a time and equipment budget beyond which they won't go, and a basement in particular might well require a cabled solution.
I'm afraid 'WiFi Guarantee' is rather more of a marketing name than a reality.
