Had a storm and blown the router
Hello we had a storm and it blown out router the internet wouldnt work so we have had to use out old router but now the old router is slow and keeps diconnecting everyong that connected to it

@Lottie3005 Are you able to call Sky and ask them for a replacement? Are you in the UK or Ireland?
