Caller from Sky to arrange date for engineer to install full fibre. During the call he said he could save me money on Sky TALK. A few minutes later I've no internet

@DavidMcCabe it is coincidental that you lost connection after the call. If the service checker in the My Sky app,doesnt tell you Sky are. aware of a fault then call them to report it.
Full fibre is more reliable than partial fibre so upgrading is usually a good idea.
