Had 2 engineers. Still not working. Can’t connect to Apps.
- Hi, I upgraded to part fibre a few weeks ago. Nightmare since. I can't connect to any of the apps on my TV. Netflix, Disney, Prime. Had my second engineer out today but now it's nit working again. Screen message comes on saying it looks like you don't have any internet connection right now but then it comes back on but still can't open apps. It's disconnected from the internet around 4 times in the last 10 mins. I've had enough of this now. It needs sorting for good. Please can you send out another engineer tomorrow as this has been going on for weeks. Thank you.

l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.
You will need to contact Sky if it requires an engineer visit but I think getting a visit tomorrow is unrealistic.
