HUB regularly falling over and scams
HI 3 months with Sky and the router (HUB) falls over several times a day, was 12 times in 70 mins on Thurs eve. Have tried to phone but cant get through to anyone ? Sent a mail and also facebook help page whichhas now led to 2 attempts by scammers to resolve my technical issues and offer me "compensatin".... All I want is to talk to someone at SKY to fix my issues. At the moment i feel the onlt way to prompt them is to cancle the direct debit ! Any ideas who i should call ?

@Anglingman Call 150 from your landline, pass the security with the bot, and NO when it asks to direct you to the Forum....
If you cancel the DD to sky, it will lead you to a world of hurt, that you may wish to not go too!

What do you mean by "falls over"? Do you mean it physically falls over because it's on an uneven surface maybe, or do you mean the broadband drops out?

Apart from maybe a long queue to speak to an agent the Customer Service lines are open (not in the ROI at a weekend). You just have to persevere on the phone.

Sky don't use email for general communication but the social media links at the bottom of the forum page are legitimate.

DO NOT cancel your payment method. It will cause you additional problems. Your services will be restricted, you definitely won't be able to call Sky, you won't be able to cancel, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky will involve a debt recovery company which may affect your credit rating.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
