PLEASE someone must have a idiot guide to do this and maybe some tips and using the Chromecast to view TV instead of freeview. From Babajo

What I think you mean is 'AP Isolation' which the Sky doesnt have so theres no setting for it.

The Chromecast is set up on the TV no issues. The message on my mobile was 1 - ""Disable Access Point Isolation on router""
I looked at the access from my phone to wifi and found a page that looked promising as it stated ""Enable/Disable AP"" but this was not highlighted so could not change the slider to disable ??
The next message I had under the first 1 was 2"" Enable UPnP (universal Plug & Play) (multicast) on router.
Please can anyone understand and help me, sounds easy . . . .

Try looking at this guide https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband-Talk/How-to-separate-WiFi-bands/ba-p/3530610

This help is ok if you are techno minded - I'm disappointed in this service so I'm trying to book an engineer but that is just as frustrating, nothing is straight forward so I will try email .....

Jamesn123,
Helpful post, thank you. I am having a similar problem - i cant connect a Google Chromecase HD to the wifi network even though I have a number of other devices connected to the router without issue. When I visit router settings via the 192 site (and follow the steps) I cant see any dual bank settings. In fact I only see a 2.4GHz tab. Do you know where I would go for further help?

That would suggest you have an older Hub model (the one on the left) which only has 2.4Ghz WiFi
