@James6662 the guarantee is the speed to the hub not to your device as the speed of the WiFi network in your home is often far lower. You can check the speeds to  your hub by going into the connection test in the My Sky app where you can see the daily speed history. Assuming that doesnt show an issue the problem is in your home.

 

WiFi speeds in your home depend on the layout, type of construction and level of interference. To maximise WiFi speeds ensure the hub is out in the open on a surface above obstructions like radiators. If you suspect interference from neighbours' networks, a particular problem in flars, try rebooting your hub. However in many homes a single free hub wont be able to deliver fast WiFi in every room so you will either need to buy Sky's add-ons like WiFi Max or buy your own kit.
