Green power light amber internet light and green WiFi

My internet isn't working 

it's got a green power light. Orange internet light and green WiFi light and orange voice light 

 

I've tried everything to get it to work the oblivious switch it off at the wall, reset it. The lot and it still won't bloody work!

@BethAnne23  Try this link https://www.sky.com/mybroadband  you can use a mobile to check, if a fault is found it should direct you to book an engineer.

@BethAnne23  When was it last working?   Is this new connection?  If so when did it get activated?

@GD1  hi it was working fine this morning I've gone to work and came home about 3 and noticed it wasn't working then. I've had it since October.

@GD1  I've tried all this. It told me to ring sky and I've been trying all day kept pressing four and the it would say due to restrictions we can't put you through then would hang up

@BethAnne23  Restrictions?    Have you checked your bills have been paid as it does sound like the service has been restricted rather than it being a fault.

 

I can escalate you post however if your services have been restricted they may not be able to help.

Check to make sure your bill has been paid. I dont think Sky will talk to your on the phone until your bill is paid

@jamesn123  My bills have been paid next one isn't due till the 14th 

it's working today and all connected but keeps dipping on and off my phone I have to keep recconecting my phone to it.

@Akabul run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection as a first step. If thst doesnt tell you what the fault is call Sky and report the loss of connection to them.
