My internet isn't working
it's got a green power light. Orange internet light and green WiFi light and orange voice light
I've tried everything to get it to work the oblivious switch it off at the wall, reset it. The lot and it still won't bloody work!

@GD1 hi it was working fine this morning I've gone to work and came home about 3 and noticed it wasn't working then. I've had it since October.

@GD1 I've tried all this. It told me to ring sky and I've been trying all day kept pressing four and the it would say due to restrictions we can't put you through then would hang up

I can escalate you post however if your services have been restricted they may not be able to help.

Check to make sure your bill has been paid. I dont think Sky will talk to your on the phone until your bill is paid

@jamesn123 My bills have been paid next one isn't due till the 14th
it's working today and all connected but keeps dipping on and off my phone I have to keep recconecting my phone to it.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Akabul run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection as a first step. If thst doesnt tell you what the fault is call Sky and report the loss of connection to them.
