Green light flashing on hub restarted but phone line now not working

Woke up to flashing green light on new Sky hub. Restarted it but phone line still not working.  New Sky broadband customer and beginning to regret that!! Never had these issues with BT. Second morning in 2 weeks since installed  when no broadband.

@Panda54 you can revert at no cost within the first 31 days which is Sky's cooling off period. This page explains what the lights on the hub mean see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start as you will see flashing green can have several meanings depending on the speed of the flash but normally means the hub is connecting which is why the voice line wont work until the white light shows which it should in a few minutes however it could be a firmware update which are a good thing as the keep the unit working properly. .

 

If the issue is with the line to your home switching back to BT will just mean the issue moves with you.
