Green Internet Light no on. No Internet on TV, phones or Alexa.

No Internet on TV, Alexa or mobile phones. Green Internet on router not on. Have switched off then restarted router and pressed reset. Also removed and plugged back in cable between Internet socket on wall and router. Mobile phone connection App says that there is no Internet, smart TV and Alexa likewise.

@David088 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
