@Donald25 if you have tge new whit Sky Max hub you need to changecthe defaultvWifi security level to connect some Samsung TVs
If that applies in your case open the Wifi Max entry in My Sky and click on Advanced Settings/wifi security and changecthexsetting from WPA3T to WPA2 and the TVs should connect. Samsung TVs do not like the new higher security setting Sky correctly is using.
If thatvdoesnt apply post the makecand model of the TV.
