Outreach engineer booked for landline Thursday by one of sky engineers who visited my home. Now have no internet either

Have you moved to sky or been with them for a while?

What package do you have,?

Is the phone plugged into the mastersocket or back of the router?

What colour are the internetand phone lights on the sky router?
