I just upgraded to Sky Ultrafast & everything connects fine to the Wi-Fi except a Google Nest Thermostat. It doesn't even see the network, I tried manually inputting the details but still won't one t. After 4 hours trying, I called Google who after a few tests suggested I contact Sky. Anyone else had any issues?

What generation of Nest Thermostat do you have? I believe the earlier gen's only operated on the 2.4Ghz band.
You may need to split the WiFi bands, to do this simply follow this User Guide

Thanks for the reply- I upgraded from a previous Sky router.
I tried splitting the 2.4ghz but as soon as I hit 'apply' it just kicks me off the page & doesn't make any changes. I'll try again later & see if there's any way to save changes.
cheers

Thanks again- managed to split the Wi-Fi & can connect OK via iPad to the 2.4 so thats Ok, but the Google thermostat still doesn't see anything,I reset it again & tried manually adding the network details. I've done all that Google help desk told me so I'll go back to them again.
