Good morning I am a long term sky customer 10+ years .
This is my original router hub it is now running very slow and dropping off now snd then.
Your advice please do sky replace old router hubs.
My partner is with talktalk the replace his free of charge

Any Hub prior to the SR102 really shouldn't still be in use. The SR102 is still in-support, but uses an outdated wireless standard.
Sky will typically replace a Hub if you recontract onto a new minimum term.
