Good morning . Very sorry but I have to cancel my sky . On 31 of July I will move to different town from Gravesend to Burton Up Trent and live with my friend who already have a internet at home so we can't use 2 different WiFi in one house . It's quite emergency situation and I have to move so I would like to inform you . Can someone please help  to sort out my problem please ?

@Maria+Lech  You can't put a cancellation request through a public forum.  You will need to call Sky to tell them.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Note that you need to make it clear you aren't trying to book a Home Move because that would replace the existing broadband at the address you are moving to.

 

Also be aware Sky would be within their contract rights to charge you an early exit fee if you are currently within a discounted minimum term.
