Hi, hoping someone can shed some light, only over the last few weeks this has happened but my work and personal calls on Teams and Zoom have been quite glitchy, people freeze but very rarely drops out. They are two different laptops, one work and one person so it's not a work issue. The WiFi router/hub is in the hallway and I'm in the living room opposite so although not wired in, I would say close. It doesn't make any difference if there are others in the house using devices either. I have rebooted everything but it's still happening. I don't know what's changed to cause this but does anyone have any suggestions please? The diagnostics tests from the app always show green with no issues apparent.
