Gigaset C530A not making or receiving calls following Sky Full Fibre 100 installation
Our Gigaset C530A Dect phone has not worked at all following a Sky Full Fibre 100 install.
We can neither make nor receive calls. Sky sent a new router, I have tried all the troubleshooting steps (soft reset, hard reset, re-registering the handsets) and the phone is still not working.
I'm now at a loss and hoping someone on this forum can offer up a solution short of buying a new phone.

@AnnieWales14 The phone is now connected into the back off your sky Hub, is that correct? Link also below see if it helps!

Thanks for responding. Yes, the phone line is connected to the white hub. I followed the steps in the link but the problem wasn't resolved.

@AnnieWales14 The link does say to leave the sky Hub off for at least 1 hour and then back on, has that been done by you?
