Gigamax broadband showing good speed and connection when its not.

I have Sky Gigamax but am recently finding a poor connection. My Sky Glass cant load my playlist as ir says theres a connection issue and its connected via ethernet cable. I cant watch videos in the bathroom on mobile as it keeps buffering but when i run speed tests via Sky or external checkers they also say its a good connection and speed when clearly not.

Do you mean gigafast broadband 900mps,  what speed  are you getting to your  hub ?

Is your  broadband  fftp  full fiber to the property do you have an optical network terminal box  or a phone socket  ?

I'm not aware of any Sky Broadband product called 'Gigamax'

There's 'Gigafast' and the 'WiFi Max' add-on...

Sorry, yes thats what i have, my previous provider had a max package. Its gigafast with wifi booster.

Im getting 600mps which is good so I dont understand why the wired connection to the sky glass ia bad and the wifi signal is weak upstairs in the house
