Fibre connected 24hours ago, now no internet connection hard wired or Wi-Fi. Open reach box has three green LED. Router has 3 Green LED. Voice LED not on. Devices connect to router ok on Wi-Fi and hard wired, just no internet. Reset router, still no go. Run test from app on mobile network indicates no issues in area and router is connected.

After reset again now have 4 less on router, still no internet.

4 green on the router, so looks like it should be ok? But still no Wi-Fi or hard wired internet

Find out more@Mrmmrm sounds like an issue at Sky's end I have therefore escalated your poost which will cause them to message you to offercan online chat through the forum where a chat button should appear. Note if using ios device the private browsing option can cause this not to work.
