Giga fast

I got gigafast just over a month ago, my router is in a good position but when watching paramount plus late at night it either doesn't connect or it takes a good few minutes to get a good picture. I never had this problem from the previous provider for quarter of the speed. You'd think at 1am I should get no problems

Actually you'd be surprised how many people around you are still causing WiFi interference at 1am. A vague guess I would say peak internet usage time has now shifted to more like 7/8pm - 2am

You could try changing the WiFi channel on the router or more ideally connect the device via ethernet if possible.

I notice a big difference when using Amazon Prime on the Q box compared to the Apple TV box, both are wired directly to my router.
