I have recently been having issues with my broadband, I have full lights on but can't connect to games on PlayStation even with ethernet cable plugged in, phone can't connect or loses connection constantly but my 4g Internet works fine so it shows it is a fault In my broadband. Had an engineer out who couldn't find any faults after running diagnostics, had a new router sent out yesterday but nothing has changed. I have another engineer coming Thursday but does anyone have any idea what it could be? I'm stuck now until Thursday
