Full fibre
So I've just had full fibre broadband hub fitted. My sky stream puck box does not reach the broadband hub now. The broadband hub is now in the hall where as my old one was in the living room - connecting wires to the puck box. Now I can't use my puck box without large wires all over my floor leading into the hall. What do I do? I cannot get though to a human for the life of me!!!!! I am not paying this amount of money each month for something that doesn't even work.

Re: Full fibre
@Sarahann2 if practical you can buy a longer ethernet cable so your hub can be moved to a better position. These cables can be easily bought at any hardware store or most larger supermarkets and come in various lengths.
If thst isnt possible or doesnt help give Skyba call as you may need an extendercwhich comes as part of their WiFi Max package.
