Received a leaflet from Sky saying full fibre was now available in my area- just follow this link to upgrade. Been into my account and it's still saying full fibre isn't available to me, register today be told when it is!!! Sky needs to get their act together

Find out more@Rogerthelodger the mail shot you got is as a result of an Openreach announcement to their ISP customers in some areas it is sent slightly too early in others a bit late Sky dont control this. If you want to know the current status enter your full address in this checker https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome.
If Full fibre is available a line labelled WBC FTTP (note not FTTP on demand which is different) will show and a note that orders can be accepted with a code to show the install process which can be multistage.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@RogerthelodgerSky are a bit slow at times when they are updating their database for this. Took around 6 weeks in my own case for this to happen from the time showing on the Openreach website as available.

Yes it shows wbcfttp as available, so it's sky database that's not up to date then.
