Full fibre/wifi speeds

Hello , i have sky fibre connection . Myself and my wife work from home delivering training courses. We have both experienced worse connections since signing up from sky broadband to sky fibre optic. I have had a lot of complaints that on zoom my connection is jumpy and people can't see the videos that i play. My current download speed is 135.3 and the upload speed is 25.4 , What can be done about this as i am going to need to get this sorted out as quickly as possible.

What has changed since you moved to Sky? Just the router or anything else like where you usually work or any extenders/boosters that you had with your previous ISP that you dont have now?

I was originally with sky so the router has changed and i have installed a mesh system to get a better wifi in the house.

@Tim1113 What hub do you have now from sky, and how is the primary router off the mesh connected to that sky hub make and model number off units on the mesh would be handy to know also!

not sure what the mesh system is , i have plugged it straight into the sky router
