Full fibre wifi not working in all of the house
We have recently had full fibre installed. We cannot connect to the wifi in one of the bedrooms. When I run the diagnostic in the room through the sky app it says the connection is fine but phones and laptops cannot connect to the wifi when in the room which is used to work from home so a strong connection is essential.

Re: Full fibre wifi not working in all of the house
@Morna2020 Ful fibre connection is connected to your hub via an ONT, so any tests through the mysky app will only show line issues only, beyond that it's your home network & wifi that takes over and issues here won't neccessarily be linked to your incoming line.
If you're having issues with wifi try these steps https://www.sky.com/help/home/broadband/my-broadband-speed/improving-wi-fi-signal-to-my-devices/arti...

Re: Full fibre wifi not working in all of the house
Having full fibre installed does not immediately guaranteed full WiFi coverage within your home. If you are struggling for a signal in certain rooms there are a few things you can do
- Get a booster from Sky (You'll need the Broadband Boost or Sky Max subscription)
- User powerline
- Buy a 3rd party router/AP
