Full fibre no connection

Upgraded to full fibre about a month ago, constantly dropping in and out but for the past 20 hours the max hub has been stuck on slow green flashing light, have tried resetting but no change

@Lucysr68 unless the Service Checker in the My Sky app checked over a mobile connection shows Sky are aware of a fault affecting your linegive Sky a call to report the issue.
