Openreach have been installing full fibre in my village, and have confirmed to me that it is now available to order for my house. If I go to other ISPs they all offer me full fibre, in fact my neighbour has already had it installed, but Sky are telling me it is not available. Is there anything I can do to get Sky to provide me with full fibre?

Sky tend to be amongst the last of isps to get access to the openreach database . It could be 4 weeks between openreach installation and sky rolling it out

Openreach said if there are any issues, to get my provider to speak directly to them. Is it possible to nudge Sky into doing that, or is it a case that Sky will simply say "computer say's no"?

Also if an address is currently served by Sky Broadband Ultrafast 1 (150Mbs) over G.fast, Sky does not have a 'pathway' to FTTP.

I've currently got FTTC and I'm on Superfast, with a speed of about 70Mbps, I assume that's not G.fast?

No, G.fast is a somewhat different technology to FTTC.
