I was supposed to get my full fibre connected a couple of days ago by openreach. They came and couldn't finish it without a hoist so need to book another appointment. They text to book an appointment but they aren't responding.
on my sky app it says to contact us, yet I can't find any contact details anywhere to get this appointment booked in. The virtual assistant was rubbish, the phone numbers that I have been given fail. I'm at a loss how to contact anyone to get this appointment booked in. Can someone help please?
