Full fibre checker Openreach/Sky doesn't match

As far as I know my building was fully wired for full fibre by Openreah (I can see the fibre outlets in the hallway cabinet in the building). When I check availability in openreach looks correct (but not always, weird), same scenario whern I try with Sky... so me and to be honest a very big number of my neighbours are interested in fix the full fibre and then contract Sky but we are struggling to get help in the matter.

Can somebody check what is the real scenario, if Openreach installed full fibre in the building and why is not available to hire Sky broadband full fibre options?

Thanks,

Rafael

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Rafael82  Does this link show Full Fibre available?

Does this one also show Full Fibre?

Reason I ask is the 1st one may show full fibre available, while the 2nd link can be a few weeks behind.  An example Full Fibre went live where i Live on  the 9th September, the 2nd link I posted has only just been updated this week.

If the 1st link shows Full Fibre you should be able to order from Sky as they were showing FTTP available the same time os Openreach.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
