Full fibre broadband upgrade

Hello

 

I received the equipment today but all we got is the yellow Ethernet cable.

 

is this correct?

@Treacletown 

 

The 'conversion kit' cable links an existing Sky Broadband Hub to the Optical Network Terminal (ONT) in an FTTP circuit.  If you don't currently have an ONT at the address then this is installed along with the optical cable itself.

Sky Glass 55" (on ethernet) & two Stream Pucks (one ethernet / one WiFi)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

Thank you. I don't have an ONT at the moment so I guess the engineer will bring one on the activation date?

@Treacletown yesthe engineer brings the ONT kit.

The engineer will  need  this when he comes  to install  your  broadband, i  had the same when  i  up graded  to full fibre broadband
