Full fibre and telephone calls

I currently have SKY superfast broadband and Sky Talk anytime package.
I therefore have an analogue phone connected to,my Master socket.

My question is if I was to go to full fibre my understanding is that I would get my calls via the internet

would I still have to subscribe to SKY Talk anytime or would I not need this

My analogue phone would connect to my Sky hub and not the Master socket.

Re: Full fibre and telephone calls

If you are currently being charged for anytime calls then you can still add it to your full fibre package

your existing handset would plug into the back of the router as the old master socket would become redundant

Note that while Sky Talk Internet Calls may be listed as 'free' on Sky billing, actually making outbound calls has an unpleasantly high cost per minute if there isn't an inclusive calls bundle added to the account.
