Full fibre 500mbps. Slow

Hi, I am regularly experiencing less than 100mbps broadband speed when I have the 500mbps guarantee?  Anyone help?  Thanks

Hi I have a similar issue. I'm testing speed through sky app which is showing 400 mbps last tested on 24jan, however it is way too low when it's tested on ookla less then 100mbps. I can see the affect of low speed as watching Netflix on TV isn't very smooth. The video takes ages to start and keep buffering. Please advise.

@NeerajV1 given Netflix cannot use 50Mb/s doubt its bandwidth but more likely a poor wifi signal which is affected by interference. Sky guarantee speeds to the hub with only very limited guarantees for WiFi as the layout and type of construction in your home determine wifi signal strength and bandwidth. To get usable WiFi in every room in  many properties requires more than the free hub Sky provides. They will sell you there WiFi Max product https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or you can buy your own system.
