Full fibre 500 connection keeps dropping

I upgraded to this a couple of months ago & have had the worst WiFi ever since. Sky have provided a booster which has helped but our devices still lose signal a few times a day & we don't get strong signal in all the rooms in our house. The last technician I spoke to said I should arrange an engineer visit as a next step but I can't see how to do that without having to speak to someone first. Anyone from sky here to help?

@Coff33 Sky staff cannot answer forum posts directly and you have to speak to them to arrange a visit. I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Thanks. I've not had anything from sky. Can you point me in the right direction to speak to someone?
